The Economist

The Economist is a weekly news magazine published in Britain. They issue online newsletters as well, which you can get via email for free. I subscribe to Politics This Week and Business This Week. The language used in these newsletters is difficult, but it would be good practice material for those advanced learners who are aiming at over 900 on the TOEIC. If you already have 800 or higher, I'm sure you can handle them.
One of the Part 5 items tested in the TOEIC last Sunday appears in the latest issue of Politics This Week.

Talks between representatives of the Dalai Lama, Tibet’s exiled spiritual leader, and the Chinese government resumed in Beijing. It was the second round of talks since Tibet was wracked by anti-Chinese rioting in March.
Politics This Week: 28th June – 4th July 2008

In the last TOEIC, the question was "the last round of (interview / interviews)." You had to decide whether "interview" or "interviews" is required after "the last round of." Did you get it right? If those of you who missed it had read the sentence with "the second round of talks" before the exam, you would have been able to choose "interviews", perhaps.

If you would like to subscribe to The Economist's newsletters, go to the Economist.com registration page and fill out the registration form.
