English is a beautiful language, and it's sad you as a learner don't become able to speak and write it well. (A tweet posted on Twitter)
I agree but the thing is it's not easy to become able to speak and write it well, and most learners give up before they acquire adequate speaking and writing skills. Some don't even try to learn how to speak and write, especially those who are into the TOEIC whoese idea of studying English is doing TOEIC practice.
A blogospherical friend of mine, FDJ, shows how you can use TOEIC practice material for writing practice.
